Orthomol Flavon m contains valuable phytonutrients from pomegranate extract, pumpkin seed oil, isoflavones from soya, lignans from linseeds, lycopene and omega-3 fatty acids. Large amounts of omega-3 fatty acids are found in fish oil. These especially include eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
