Gezielte Nährstoffversorgung bei Belastung
Eine gezielte Nährstoffversorgung kann das Bindegewebe unterstützen. Mikronährstoffe sind natürliche Substanzen, die zum Aufbau und Schutz unseres Körpers beitragen. Dazu gehören Vitamine und Mineralstoffe bzw. Spurenelemente. Da die meisten Mikronährstoffe nicht vom menschlichen Körper selbst gebildet werden können, müssen sie über die Nahrung aufgenommen werden. Ein erhöhter Bedarf an Mikronährstoffen sowie an lebensnotwendigen Fettsäuren und Eiweißbausteinen kann jedoch womöglich nicht über die Ernährung gedeckt werden.
Vitamine, Mineralstoffe bzw. Spurenelemente
Orthomol Tendo ist ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel. Mit Mangan und Kupfer zur normalen Bildung und Erhaltung von Bindegewebe. Mangan trägt zu einer normalen Bildung von Bindegewebe bei. Kupfer trägt zur Erhaltung von normalem Bindegewebe bei. Vitamin C trägt zu einer normalen Kollagenbildung für eine normale Funktion von Knorpel und Knochen bei. Mit Kollagenhydrolysat, Enzymen (Bromelain, Papain) und Omega-3-Fettsäuren. Als nutritive Unterstützung fördert es die normale Bildung und Aufrechterhaltung von Bindegewebe.
Verzehrempfehlung
Täglich den Inhalt eines Beutels (= Tagesportion) in 150 – 200 ml stilles Wasser einrühren und zu oder nach einer Mahlzeit zusammen mit den Omega-3-Fettsäure-Kapseln einnehmen. Für die Enzymtablette wird die Einnahme etwa 1/2 Stunde vor der Mahlzeit empfohlen.
