Ingredients: Montmorency sour cherry extract (Prunus cerasus, 50:1), acerola cherry extract, nettle extract (10:1), coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegan capsule shell). Produced and bottled in Germany without any additives.
Recommended dosage: Take one capsule daily as required with sufficient liquid. The capsule can be taken in the morning, at noon or in the evening. The capsules are most effective when taken 30 minutes before a meal.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
