Vit4ever Selenium complex contains 365 easy to swallow tablets in a practical 1 year supply. The high-dose tablets contain 200 mcg elemental selenium per tablet, which is composed of 50% sodium selenite, 25% selenium yeast & 25% L-selenomethionine. By using the three different selenium forms in the optimal 2:1:1 ratio can one optimal bioavailability & usability the trace element can be guaranteed. Sodium selenite is absorbed more quickly by the body and is available to the body more quickly.
