CLAV SIBERIAN GINSENG EXTRACT: FOR FATIGUE & EXHAUSTION
Siberian ginseng, or also known as "taiga root", is a traditional plant that originates from the boreal coniferous forests of eastern Siberia (the taiga).
Ginseng (lat: Panax ginseng) is a globally distributed plant native to the Asian region as "Korean ginseng", to North America as "American ginseng (lat: Panax quinquefolius)" and to the Siberian region as "Siberian ginseng (lat: Eleutherococcus senticosus)".
The use of the plant is limited to its dried roots, which contain so-called ginsenosides. Ginsenosides are the active ingredient of ginseng and are called adaptogens. Adaptogens are supposed to enable organisms to cope better with stress.
Siberian ginseng (taiga root) in particular, but also Korean ginseng, possess many ginsenosides. They express their effects especially in case of tiredness, exhaustion as well as stress-related fatigue.
SIBERIAN GINSENG AND MENTAL PERFORMANCE
Numerous scientific studies have been published on the effectiveness of ginseng extracts in improving mental performance. In the area of physical performance, these studies show varying results, so no clear conclusion can be formed.
In the area of mental performance, the scientific data seems to be clearly positive and shows that ginseng has a positive effect on glucose metabolism and can lower the glucose concentration in the blood.
This means that studies have shown that the intake of ginseng led to a significant reduction in subjectively perceived mental fatigue after sustained mental activity and influenced cognitive performance.
TAIGA ROOT IN APPLICATION
Russian medical science has been using taiga root for many years. In the meantime, taiga root was used by Russian athletes as a natural doping agent in the 1984 Olympics. The athletes took the extracts of the taiga root because they help the body to cope better with stress.
In addition, they were able to increase their mental performance and counteract symptoms of fatigue through Siberian ginseng.
The dried taiga root can be absorbed by the body either as a tea or in powder form.
One capsule of CLAV SIBERIAN GINSENG contains 450 mg of valuable taiga root powder.
