There are no returns allowed on our items unless they have been dispatched incorrectly or are defective.

We accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@germansupplements.net to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.

Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during the purchase.

Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges for healthcare products due to regulatory reasons.
