Directions:

Take 1 tablet daily after a meal with sufficient liquid without chewing. The tablets can also be broken in half if necessary.

Recommendation:

Take 1 tablet daily at meal with enough liquid. Do not chew. The tablets can
be divided into two halves, if necessary.
