Consumption recommendation
Depending on your needs, take 2 capsules daily without chewing with sufficient liquid. The capsules can be taken together (morning, midday or evening) or at different times. The capsules develop their ideal effect when they are taken 30 minutes before a meal.
Note: Contains fructose from inulin - people with fructose intolerance should coordinate their intake with a doctor or pharmacist.
