Directions for use

Day: Take all 4 capsules from the sachet daily with sufficient water for breakfast.

High dosage

In order to benefit from the positive properties of a constant micronutrient intake, vitamins and minerals should be present in a sufficiently high dose. Many vitamin capsules are underdosed, so they can do little to cover the micronutrient requirements. Unlike most food supplements for strengthening the immune system, Immun + Day & Night does not only contain vitamins. Together, the day and night capsules provide 21 different vitamins, minerals, trace elements, secondary plant substances and amino acids. They cover a wide spectrum of activity and enable a permanently high supply of micronutrients. A Day capsule, for example, provides 5 mg of vitamin B6, 150 mg of magnesium and 10 mg of zinc.

For the balance between day and night

Wake up refreshed in the morning, face the day full of energy and fall into a restful sleep in the evening. That is what most people wish for. The reality is often different. Stress and an unbalanced diet can have a negative impact on the quality of sleep. In order to be full of energy during the day and to have a restful sleep at night, the body needs micronutrients. We differentiate between micronutrients that the body needs during the day and micronutrients that contribute to good quality sleep in the evening. During the day, Immun + Day & Night contains vitamin C and vitamin B12, which can contribute to the normal functioning of the energy metabolism and reduce tiredness. In the evening, the calming and relaxing properties of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) and hop cone extract can help you fall asleep quickly and wake up refreshed.

Improved effectiveness through synergy effects

Many micronutrients have so-called synergy effects. This means that they are mutually reinforcing in their effectiveness. With regard to the defenses of the immune system, the intake of individual, high-dose micronutrients is not considered to be effective. The two 4-capsule complexes from Immun + Day & Night contain 21 carefully selected micronutrients that can work together. For example, the quercetin it contains functions as a "natural vitamin booster" by recycling oxidized vitamin C. As a result, it can improve the antioxidant properties of vitamin C.

With patented Nutra-C® (vitamin C)

Each day capsule from Immun + Day & Night provides 420 mg of vitamin C in the form of the patented Nutra-C®. This covers the vitamin C requirement of the average adult in the morning. Nutra-C® has a high bioavailability, so that the concentration in the blood several hours after ingestion is significantly higher than with normal vitamin C. The patented active ingredient is absorbed faster and can be stored in the body for up to 24 hours. At the same time, Nutra-C® is non-acidic and gentle on the stomach, which makes it a well-tolerated and powerful immune support.

Flavoxale® - a unique combination of propolis and manuka honey

So far, no extractant was known with which all the important active ingredients from propolis (bee resin) and manuka honey (honey from the flower nectar of the South Sea myrtle - also known as manuka) can be obtained. The natural products should help the body in the fight against oxidative stress, alleviate inflammation and support the immune system in the defense against viruses, bacteria and fungi. With the multidynamic extraction - M.E.D. (Dynamic Multi Extraction) - a method has now been developed that fully extracts all active components. Under the patented name Flavoxale®, Immun + Day & Night contains a unique dry extract from propolis and manuka honey, which does not contain inactive resins and is rich in polyphenols. Polyphenols are secondary plant substances.
