Circulin Indian psyllium

For constipation and diarrhea

Indian flea seeds are used as a herbal laxative to regulate constipation and complaints where easier bowel emptying with soft stools is beneficial. The effect of psyllium is based on particularly effective soluble swelling agents. These can absorb and bind many times their own weight in liquid in the intestine. With sufficient fluid intake, the intestinal contents increase and become softer. In addition, the gliding ability of the chair is improved, which makes it easier to transport and empty the chair. Depending on the dosage, Indian flea seeds can relieve constipation or reliably contribute to a pleasant stool consistency.

Flea seeds have also proven themselves as supportive therapy for diarrhea. Due to their good swelling capacity, they reduce the high proportion of liquid in the intestine, which thickens the stool.

Application

Always take Zirkulin Indian psyllium exactly as directed on the package leaflet. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Unless otherwise prescribed, adults and adolescents over the age of 12 take 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 g) of psyllium several times a day according to the instructions; children between the ages of 6 and 12 take half of the specified dose. Children should not take Indian psyllium for more than 6 weeks. Type of application:

1. Put a teaspoon of psyllium in a glass.
2. Slowly pour in approx. 100 ml of cold water.
3. Soak flea seeds briefly in water, stir and drink.
4. Immediately drink 1-2 glasses of water afterwards.

For the formation of soft stools for easier defecation, e.g. B. tears in the anal mucosa or haemorrhoids, the duration of the application is not limited in principle. However, please note the information on pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children. Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of Zirkulin Indian psyllium is too strong or too weak.
